These membership terms apply to all memberships purchased at ForestProject.com, and are subject to change at any time. By opting into the membership through the checkbox provided at checkout, you are agreeing to sign an electronic contract. Please visit forestproject.com for current membership terms. The membership terms currently in effect at the time of your membership purchase will apply throughout the term of your initial membership. If these membership terms are amended during or after your initial membership period, then the amended membership terms will apply to your membership beginning on the next membership renewal date.

Your ForestProject.com membership and use thereof is subject to forestproject.com Terms Of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are available at forestproject.com

The Tondo Group, LLC may, from time to time, to the extent legally permitted offer free trial Memberships for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). The terms and conditions of such Free Trial will be communicated to you when you sign up for the Free Trial.

Membership Fee
Forest Project members will be billed $13.95 per month until you request to cancel the membership. Discounted membership rates may be offered in special one-time offers. These discounted membership rates will be billed as agreed upon per month until you request to cancel the membership.

The first month's membership fee is a requirement for purchase.

Automatic Monthly Renewal
All memberships renew automatically for successive one-month periods until you cancel. By purchasing a membership, you agree and acknowledge that you will gain access to membership features and will be charged a membership fee of $13.95 for each month thereafter until you cancel (unless you are on a discounted membership plan, then the price will be found on the page you signed up on). The first month's membership fee is required for purchase. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed after the expiration date of your payment card.

Canceling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account, or contacting us at support@forestproject.com.

Membership fees are paid in advance and are not refunded in whole or in part. Your membership will terminate at the end of the month covered by your most recently paid membership fee.

Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any further renewal periods and your membership will not continue past the then current period.

IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THEN RETURN TO FORESTPROJECT.COM AND USE ANY FEATURE RESERVED FOR MEMBERS, YOUR PAYMENT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR A MEMBERSHIP UPON CHECK OUT. YOU WILL NOT SEE THE MEMBERSHIP IN YOUR CHECK OUT CART.

ForestProject.com may terminate or cancel your membership at any time and for any reason or no reason, at its sole and exclusive discretion. In such an event, your membership fee will be refunded on a prorated basis as of the termination or cancellation date.
